Agent in Training - Farmers Insurance
Farmers Insurance District 40 is seeking an Agent in Training to join their sales team. In this role, you will learn to identify new business opportunities, develop sales skills, and provide personalized insurance solutions for clients while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.

Responsibilities
Generate new leads and conduct outreach to prospective clients
Assess customer needs and recommend tailored insurance products
Present and sell Farmers Insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Business lines
Build strong relationships and deliver exceptional client service
Achieve individual sales targets and performance goals
Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and compliance standards
Utilize agency tools and systems to track sales activity and manage follow-ups
Qualification
Required
Sales focused mindset—prioritizing results and customer relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Driven, coachable, and eager to learn
Preferred
Previous sales or customer service experience
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual abilities a plus
