Responsibilities

Developing and coaching Guides to deliver Alpha's workshops at a world-class standard

Building Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, effective learning activity design, and challenge resolution

Delivering consistent, high-impact feedback to Guides that drives student engagement and performance

Personally coaching a small student cohort, demonstrating advanced motivation and mentoring techniques

Required

Currently residing in or prepared to relocate for on-site work at one of the Alpha Campuses (Bethesda, MD; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Seattle, WA; or CA: East Bay (San Francisco), Palo Alto, Santa Monica, or Los Angeles)

Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas

Proven track record designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions

Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities with experience building, managing, and inspiring high-performing teams

Background working with youth aged 5-18 in educational or developmental settings

Skilled in data analysis and leveraging performance metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement

Legal authorization to work in the United States
