Responsibilities

Develop a strong understanding of our users’ experience through our suite of products, and explore the needs and motivations of our target users

Strategize with stakeholders across multiple functions to identify and understand the impact of potential problem spaces

Collaboratively lead discovery with Product Management partners via mixed-methods research to acquire attitudinal and behavioral user data, synthesize and analyze results with related research efforts to deliver meaningful insights

Explore solutions in conjunction with stakeholders, creating one or more of the following artifacts: user flows, experience maps, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes

Own workstreams from strategic planning through design hand-off, post-release testing, and research
