Responsibilities
Conducting adaptive reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency capabilities
Creating personalized motivational experiences using gamified literacy benchmarks
Reviewing student performance data to improve teaching methods and identify actionable patterns
Partnering with engineers to assess and refine AI literacy platforms based on real classroom outcomes
Building scalable, AI-integrated content that helps early elementary students reach grade-level reading proficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years of experience conducting small-group reading interventions with early elementary students
Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and adept at responding to student interactions within these systems
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Able to work on-site at one of our locations: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
