Responsibilities
Manage project execution for key GTM initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope
Coordinate with stakeholders across different teams to ensure alignment, provide status updates, and gather requirements
Develop and maintain project plans, tracking progress against milestones and dependencies
Identify and manage project-level risks and issues, escalating to senior team members when necessary
Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools
Facilitate project meetings, create agendas, and ensure action items are documented and followed up on
Leverage intelligent automation to streamline administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on core project management activities
Utilize tools for data analysis and reporting to track project performance and support decision-making
Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting solutions
Qualification
Required
5 years of project or program management experience, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver results
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience working collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve common goals
A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
AI & Innovation Mindset
Comfort with technology and automation - you see intelligent tools as powerful enablers to improve your efficiency
Experience using modern productivity tools to enhance project management and collaboration
A growth orientation - you are curious and eager to learn new tools and processes
Preferred
SaaS experience in a high-growth environment
Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Experience with Salesforce, Smartsheet, Jira, and Google Suite
