Responsibilities

Design and execute a measurable inbound demand strategy that consistently produces 1.5–2x pipeline coverage
Build differentiated demand motions by product line, customer segment, and use case
Establish clear accountability for MQL → SQL → pipeline quality, not just volume
Ensure marketing demand supports pricing discipline, not discounting
Develop sharp, product-specific storytelling that reflects the real complexity of Bidgely’s platform
Ensure every product line has a clear value narrative, target buyer, and demand motion
Prevent generic messaging by deeply understanding the technology, data, and customer outcomes
Build a credible enterprise brand presence in a market where Bidgely is currently underrepresented
Elevate Bidgely’s voice with utilities, regulators, industry leaders, and partners
Drive thought leadership grounded in substance, not marketing gloss
Build a modern, efficient, KPI-driven marketing organization
Scale systems, dashboards, attribution, and operating rigor
Double the size and effectiveness of the marketing function as the business grows
Integrate marketing strategy across acquisitions

Required

Deep B2B enterprise experience, not broad horizontal exposure
Succeeded in one or two complex environments and grown through them

Fluent in enterprise sales dynamics, long cycles, and regulated markets
Relentlessly data-driven, with real KPIs tied to revenue, pipeline, and efficiency
Uses AI natively as part of their operating model, not just for content or email creation
Comfortable being accountable for outcomes, not just activity
