3+ years exp4P Consulting Inc. is seeking a talented Web Designer II – UX Designer / Web & Email Developer to join their team in a hybrid role. This position focuses on creating engaging, accessible, and responsive digital experiences across websites and HTML-based email campaigns.

Responsibilities
Create UX deliverables including wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
Design and develop responsive web pages and reusable web components
Build and maintain HTML-based email templates
Ensure designs meet accessibility (ADA/WCAG) and responsive design standards
Maintain and update front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Work within CMS platforms and design systems to support page builds and updates
Collaborate with marketing, brand, and creative teams on digital initiatives
Perform quality assurance testing across browsers, devices, and email clients
Troubleshoot layout, rendering, and performance issues
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in UX design, web development, and/or email development
UX design tools: Figma, Adobe XD
Front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
Strong understanding of responsive design principles
Experience working with CMS platforms (Adobe AEM preferred)
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Eloqua is a plus)
Preferred
Experience designing within enterprise design systems
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA)
Experience collaborating in Agile or cross-functional teams
Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
