Responsibilities
You will observe for changes in heart rate, rhythm, or other centrally monitored parameters, reporting significant events to the nurse or Charge Nurse
You will admit/discharge patients from monitoring system
You will maintain accurate telemetry transmitter monitor log books
You will manage the inventory of telemetry transmitter monitors
Qualification
Required
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
Preferred
Specialty training is preferred specifically in EKGs
Preferred prior experience in healthcare or clinical setting
