Responsibilities
Greet customers, responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, display a caring attitude, develop rapport with customers
Assists customers in lobbies, lanes, and in the parking office; help direct traffic
Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude
Provide excellent customer service to clients, customers, and employees
Additional duties as assigned
May be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks according to the company’s maintenance checklists
Other special projects as assigned by location management
Qualification
Required
Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence
Customer Service experience
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
Excellent team building and interpersonal skills
Thrive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted work environment
Must be able to work unsupervised
Ability to speak, read and comprehend the English language
Demonstrate a sense of urgency and timeliness
Ability to handle challenging and, at times, emotionally charged situations
High School degree preferred but not required
Flexible, willing to work multiple facility locations
Preferred
Parking and/or university operations experience preferred
Knowledge of The Ohio State University campus a plus
