Responsibilities
Building a data monitoring and reporting tool and process for a PremierProRx member compliance program
Compiling, validating, reporting monthly by member to the Field Pharmacy Team and member in a visually appealing format
Identifying and communicating member opportunities throughout the quarter
Validating data with the supplier and coordinating with Finance for member payout at the close of the quarter
Communicating data results to the Field Pharmacy Team for the member
Scaling data monitoring and reporting to handle additional suppliers as they are added to the program
Providing key reports that depict market share data for key contracted products and contract uptake based on wholesaler purchase data
Performing analytics utilizing complex data extracts and presenting findings and deliverables to key stakeholders to support internal and external customers including: Pharmacy Contracting teams, Suppliers, and the field force
Developing knowledge of the sourcing process, gaining familiarity with terms and conditions, Premier electronic tools, and contract execution process
Qualification
Required
4 or more years of applicable work experience
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred
Tableau development and Analytics
Financial or operational analytics using large datasets
Financial analyses experience that includes complex analyses and comparisons using intermediate to advanced Excel formulas
Understanding data, recognizing trends, and data manipulation in a concise manner to tell a story
2+ years of solid hands-on experience utilizing intermediate features of Excel and Tableau to conduct financial analyses and comparisons
Understanding the data, looking for trends and manipulating the data to understand the story
Healthcare industry and/or statistics
Sourcing analytics or contract cycle analytics depending on need
Excel, Power BI, Access, and MicroStrategy
