Strong skills in Account Management, including building and maintaining key client relationships
Experience in Sales with a focus on aligning customer needs with business goals
Ability to lead and enhance Customer Experience initiatives to drive loyalty and success
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Preferred
Prior experience in a senior customer success or account management role
advanced degree is a plus
