Driving and implementing go-to-market strategies including digital marketing to achieve revenue targets
Guiding Key Opinion Leaders to gain market share
Increasing the brand image of ScienCell Research Laboratories with effective management of Marketing and Sales teams

Required

Master's degree or higher in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or a related field
Demonstrated experience in the marketing and sales industry within the biotechnology sector
Experience in digital marketing to drive revenue growth, website development, SEO optimization, social media, lead generation, webinars and other marketing campaigns
Good understanding of biotechnology, cell and molecular biology, and assays used in the research community
Strong track record of building key relationships with opinion leaders and customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to give effective presentations to management leaders, sales teams, and customers
Proven project management skills, with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and collaborate as part of a team in a challenging and fast-paced environment
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize accordingly, and meet deadlines
Understanding of the regulatory environment of the biotechnology industry, and adherence to legal and ethical standards is imperative
