Responsibilities

Drive and monitor BU efforts related to current Audit Initiatives Engagement Economics, Financial analysis in collaboration with RM, Finance and Accounting, EMCs, and more (such as Investment management, Engagement Management, Pricing, and more)
Support in monitoring EMLC milestones data and status and working with EMLC champions and engagement teams as appropriate
Collaborate with Talent and Culture in new hire onboarding ensure appropriate representation of BU Leaders
Supporting adoption and use of new technologies in and around the Audit that align with our transformation journey and strategy such as KPMG Engage, Launchpad 2.0, PBI, Alteryx, CoPilot, and more
Manage Employee Engagement initiatives (such as employee engagement budget, event/recognition)
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Required

Minimum seven years' of recent experience in one or more business related areas including accounting, finance, human resources, resource management, marketing or general business operations
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field is required
Experience reading and analyzing Operating Statements
Ability to work independently and provide guidance and strategic advice to executive level management across all practice operational areas
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical and negotiating skills required
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook; basic knowledge or experience with PBI, Alteryx, customer relationship databases and resource management/scheduling tools is preferred
