Responsibilities
Conduct detailed technical data mapping analysis with precision and investigative focus
Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to design tailored technical solutions
Develop and follow comprehensive data conversion mapping specifications
Ensure exceptional quality of conversion outputs through rigorous inspections
Participate in system and output testing to maintain data integrity and client alignment
Engage in client mock events and foster strong partnerships with stakeholders
Adhere to internal processes and best practices while proactively managing risks and reporting progress
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience with COBOL, Mainframe applications, and IBM JCL/TSO/TPX
3+ years in Information Technology or Business Analysis
3+ years of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and SQL
1+ years in the credit card issuing industry
1+ years of experience in testing, validation, and financial balancing of outputs/reports
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
Successful history of platform conversion projects
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
Strong team-oriented mindset and collaborative approach
Proven risk management and data-driven decision-making skills
