Responsibilities

Develop and sustain API integrations connecting enrollment, CRM, SIS, and reporting platforms across numerous campuses

Create automation workflows that remove manual data handling and scale effectively with each new campus deployment

Educate admissions and registrar personnel on platform capabilities and produce comprehensive documentation to ensure uniform workflows

Deliver timely technical support and convert user input into practical system enhancements

Required

3+ years managing CRM or SIS platforms in admissions, enrollment, or registrar environments (e.g., Finalsite, Salesforce, SchoolAdmin, HubSpot, or similar)

Strong data analysis and reconciliation skills

Experience creating technical documentation and training staff on system usage

Process optimization and troubleshooting skills under pressure in operational environments

Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Willingness to work remotely within the United States
