Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and secure new corporate, leisure, and group business across Williamsburg and Virginia Beach

Lead sales outreach through cold calls, presentations, networking events, and travel trade partnerships

Manage group inquiries, proposals, contracts, room blocks, and site visits from initial lead through execution

Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to inform pricing, positioning, and commercial strategy

Partner cross-functionally with Revenue, Marketing, Distribution, and resort leaders to ensure alignment, accuracy, and seamless delivery
