Responsibilities
Oversee purchase documentation, invoicing, and data reconciliation
Provide calendar, travel, and correspondence support
Serve as liaison between departments (e.g., Finance, Inventory, Operations)
Track order status, lead times, and inventory levels
Prepare procurement reports, dashboards, and summaries
Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies
Assisting new hires with paperwork
Seat placement for new employees
Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing 25-50 lbs. on a repetitive basis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in procurement and office administration
2+ years combined procurement and administrative experience
Proficiency in MS Office; intermediate Excel knowledge; pivots
Excellent communication, and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking capability
