Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of high- and low-pressure steam and hot water boiler systems
Diagnose and service burners, controls, pumps, valves, piping, and combustion-related components
Execute system start-ups, commissioning, tuning, and performance optimization
Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
Complete service documentation and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
Maintain compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations
Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service support
Maintain service vehicle, tools, and parts inventory
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on experience servicing commercial or industrial boiler systems
Strong understanding of combustion systems, electrical, and mechanical fundamentals
Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
Strong customer communication and documentation skills
Valid driver's license
Preferred
Experience with PLC-based controls and burner tuning
OSHA 10/30
