Office Administrator
Wylie Engineering is seeking an Office Administrator to perform essential front desk duties and provide support to the Marketing team. The role involves managing phone calls, maintaining the reception area, and processing various office documents.
Responsibilities
Answer phones, screen and direct calls, take and distribute phone messages
Maintain reception area in a neat and orderly manner
Type and process project specifications, correspondence, reports, notes, transmittals, design criteria, narratives, etc
Verify the accuracy and completeness of all documents produced
Regularly report and communicate the status of your work to appropriate parties
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
