Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)

5+ years of experience in IT coordination, technical program management, IT project management, or IT management

Strong technical background, with solid understanding of:

Infrastructure (cloud and/or on-prem, networking, Linux/Windows environments)

Cybersecurity (access control, vulnerability management, incident response fundamentals)

Application deployment and lifecycle management (CI/CD, release management, DEV/UAT/PROD environments)

Background in financial services, brokerage, trading platforms, or other regulated industries

PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications

Ability and willingness to attend meetings aligned with Beijing (China) business hours, which may fall during U.S. nighttime
