Responsibilities

Support QA across UX redesigns, application re-skins, and business logic combinations
Validate custom retail applications against business rules, mapping logic, and workflows
Provide process-focused QA leadership to a lean, high-speed team ("cowboy team"), adhering to solid QA structure without slowing delivery
Guide developers in implementing unit and integration testing practices ; advise on quality gates
Validate integrations with surrounding enterprise systems (e.g., D365, Kibo, Stibo, OMS, other legacy retail apps)
Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to ensure functional alignment
Track QA activities in ADO , including test evidence and defect triage

Qualification

Required

3+ years QA experience in Enterprise Retail applications
Experience testing legacy-to-modern tech migrations (e.g., .NET to Node.js)
Strong understanding of business logic mapping and retail workflows
Comfortable validating UX design changes and ensuring functional parity in new systems
Familiarity with APIs, SQL Server databases, and custom integration points
Experience working closely with rapid development teams with limited documentation

Preferred

Knowledge of modern frameworks (react based) and developer testing approaches
Prior experience in guiding developers on unit/integration testing best practices
Exposure to retail omni-channel workflows and custom retail applications
