Responsibilities
Develop and lead operational strategies to optimize processes, manage budgets, and oversee multiple departments, including finance, with full responsibility for financial performance and profit and loss (P&L) management
Lead teams to successfully execute key projects, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving innovation across utilities operations
Oversee strategic planning and implement initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Operations Management and P&L Management
Strong connections with major Florida power companies, such as FPL
Strong ability in Strategic Planning and setting long-term business goals
Proficiency in Project Management to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
Exceptional skills in Customer Service to maintain and enhance client satisfaction
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams in a high-performance environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in relevant industry software and tools
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field required
Experience in the utilities sector or a related field is highly desirable
