Responsibilities

Drive supply chain readiness
Craft end to end cost management
Execute against risk management between prototype and FCS (First Customer Ship) through end of life
Craft supply chain strategies to improve switching specific fulfillment goals throughout the lifecycle of the product
Strategically plan and ensuring a smooth product transition from NPI to sustaining

Required

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business (MBA preferred)
4+ years of Product Operations experience (NPPM, SCPM, PLPM, or equivalent)
Proven ability to manage material continuity—ensuring on-time, high-quality supply from prototype through FCS
Expertise in product cost analysis, supplier quote validation, and driving cost-reduction or cost-avoidance strategies
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with advanced Excel proficiency and the ability to present solutions and status at an executive level
