Designing and executing end-to-end test strategies across complex front-to-back workflows
Validating data migrations from mainframe to distributed systems
Integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines
Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Operations teams
Defining test roadmaps, metrics, and KPIs
Applying risk-based testing approaches
Translating test outcomes into actionable insights
Proactively managing risks
Ensuring alignment across Agile/Scrum and Kanban teams using tools such as JIRA, TestRail/qTest, and modern API testing platforms like Insomnia
Qualification
Required
8+ years of software testing experience
Strong hands-on skills in both manual and automated testing
Experience using tools such as Playwright, Cucumber/BDD, and Selenium
Deep experience testing legacy mainframe systems
Designing and executing end-to-end test strategies across complex front-to-back workflows
Validating data migrations from mainframe to distributed systems
Integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines
Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Operations teams
Defining test roadmaps, metrics, and KPIs
Applying risk-based testing approaches
Strong communication skills to translate test outcomes into actionable insights
Proactively managing risks
Ensuring alignment across Agile/Scrum and Kanban teams
Using tools such as JIRA, TestRail/qTest, and modern API testing platforms like Insomnia
