Responsibilities
Support the senior members of the finance and compliance team in all aspects of fund and investor reporting, along with firm compliance responsibilities
Assist with preparing and reviewing annual audited financial statements, along with quarterly fund and investor statements
Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of client deliverables
Maintain and review cash positions, prepare and review journal entries
Independently, assess and resolve questions and requests from external and internal sources
Assist with compliance functions, including monitoring, researching regulations, policy review and testing, assisting with SEC filings and examinations
Other projects as decided by the firm
Qualification
Required
Degree from a 4-year college/university
1-2 years of post-undergraduate, professional experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Demonstrated interest in the financial markets
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and strong attention to detail
Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn compliance functions and work effectively in a team setting
