Data Engineer

Responsibilities
Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support data marts and business data objects
Name relevant data sources and define relationships, dependencies, and mappings
Create reusable schemas for Snowflake data marts, ensuring alignment with business processes
Maintain data dictionaries and metadata to support governance and auditability
Qualification
Required
Expertise in ER modeling and tools like ERwin or Power Designer
Strong SQL and database design concepts such as data vault, star schemas, etc
Experience with big data platforms for performance and cost like Snowflake and Cloudera
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Understanding of data governance and metadata standards
