Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation of investment summaries and valuation models for Enterprise Dealer Group deals
Learn aspects of valuation models – DCF, FCF, IRR, MoM etc
Prepare letters of intent with the proposed price and deal terms for target acquisitions
Assist M&A team in pre-LOI diligence
Coordinate with North America business unit leaders to prepare proforma analysis for budgeting
Draft summaries of potential acquisition targets for M&A sourcing
Assist with other projects as assigned

Qualification

Valuation modelsMicrosoft ExcelBusiness administrationProject managementCommunication

Required

Major in business administration, finance or accounting
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent command of the English language, strong project management and communication skills
Ability to research companies/industries and provide summary findings to corporate team / business leaders

Preferred

Experience in an office environment is a plus
