Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for learning systems, WMS system access, training approvals, curriculum updates, and training tracking/reporting

Maintain accurate training records, monitor on-the-job training, and ensure compliance with Quality System and regulatory requirements

Deliver New Hire Onboarding and coordinate refresher training for existing employees; evaluate training effectiveness and apply improvements based on data and feedback

Create training materials and recommend appropriate training resources to improve performance and ensure compliance for distribution and production employees

Collaborate with Business Process Leads and managers to deliver training that supports operational changes and initiatives

Conduct formal and informal needs assessments (e.g., surveys, focus groups) to identify root causes of performance challenges and recommend actionable solutions

Lead change management efforts by developing communication plans and materials that support site-level initiatives

Develop and manage eLearning content across multiple learning management systems (LMS)
