Responsibilities
Reaching out to retailers, brand marketing teams, and B2B clients to pitch BagWorksNY's offerings
Managing a growing sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closing
Developing outreach strategies to new market segments (hospitality, events, retailers, etc.)
Selling both stock and custom-printed products, advising customers on branding and print options
Partnering with marketing to refine messaging, promotions, and outreach campaigns
Working with operations to ensure accurate lead times, pricing, and fulfillment
Tracking KPIs, sales performance, and forecasting revenue opportunities
Representing BWNY at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
Mentoring and developing junior sales team members by providing training, feedback, and professional growth opportunities
Qualification
Required
You are passionate about helping brands and retailers bring their ideas to life
You are confident reaching out to new clients and closing deals
You have strong communication and presentation skills
You enjoy leading and developing others and helping junior salespeople succeed
You're motivated by goals and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
You're a collaborator who thrives at the intersection of creativity and commerce
Preferred
Experience selling promotional products, packaging, or print services
Existing relationships in retail, events, or creative industries
Familiarity with CRM tools (like HubSpot, Salesforce) and e-commerce systems
