Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new business in manufacturing sectors such as OEMs, steel, food, and automation
Meet with plant managers, maintenance supervisors, and decision-makers to uncover needs
Sell repair, integration, and automation services that keep plants running efficiently
Promote our hands-on Control Panel Troubleshooting Training for maintenance teams as a unique value-add
Build a strong book of recurring business by providing consistent value
Plan all visits and outreach in advance and keep your CRM updated
Track key performance metrics and take ownership of your territory
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in outside B2B sales (industrial or technical preferred)
Hunter mindset with a drive to prospect and close
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable using CRM software and Google Workspace
Self-motivated, accountable, and eager to grow
