Responsibilities
Independently manage a foreclosure caseload, working cases from beginning to end
Maintain ongoing communication with clients, investors, and adversaries to ensure timely progress and resolution of foreclosure cases
Build and maintain professional relationships with court personnel to effectively manage case timelines, filings, and procedural requirements
Oversee and mentor support staff, providing guidance on tasks related to legal documentation and client communication
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience handling foreclosure matters in Maryland
JD from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in Maryland
Superb legal analysis, legal writing and editing ability
Outstanding organizational, interpersonal communication, problem solving, and teamwork skills
Superior organizational skills
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Leadership qualities, ability to manage support staff
Independent worker
Preferred
Experience with mortgage foreclosure law, secured transactions, FDCPA, state and federal consumer protection laws, and general commercial litigation
