Responsibilities
Advise hiring managers on recruiting strategies and practices that align with organizational goals and direction
Manage the entire recruiting process, including interviewing, pre-hire checks, extending offers, and coordinating orientation and start dates for new employees. Attend career fairs and industry events
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and other sourcing technologies to identify and attract the most qualified candidates
Develop plans for sourcing top candidates based on company needs
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of successfully recruiting for technical roles, particularly in high-demand fields such as software development, procurement, data science, and engineering
Experience managing multiple recruiting projects simultaneously
Knowledge of techniques, methods and channels of candidate sourcing; ability to attract and qualify candidates for immediate job vacancies or as potential long-term job candidates
Ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers
Understanding of shifting market priorities and ability to respond to customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value
Knowledge of various recruitment channels and ability to use them effectively to achieve organizational talent strategy
Knowledge of techniques, methods and processes of candidate screening; ability to preselect suitable candidates for first and further interviews within the organization
Knowledge of human resources (HR) and workforce issues and trends; ability to analyze workforce data, information and metrics and apply the results to support business decisions
