This role is critical in ensuring smooth operation of their systems, implementing innovative solutions, and supporting client-facing technologies.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop the IT & Systems team, ensuring high performance and positive employee relations

Lead implementation of global IT initiatives and oversee system integrations

Serve as the main point of contact for client-facing systems (CargoWise One, SAP, Office 365,etc.)

Design and implement reporting tools and dashboards for internal teams and customers

Manage relationships with external IT service providers and oversee equipment procurement

Research and recommend new digital solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience

Support logistics and sales teams with technical solutions and process improvements

Required

Bacherlor's degree or relevant certification required

5+ years of experience in logistics and IT project management

Strong knowledge of freight forwarding processes and IT operations

Experience with CargoWise One, Gravity Supply Chain software, and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Ability to travel domestically and internationally on short notice
