Responsibilities

Lead and manage the maintenance team in performing inspections, repairs, and routine maintenance on our fleet of aircraft
Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and safety standards
Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshoot mechanical issues
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
Collaborate with flight instructors and management to ensure aircraft availability and readiness
Train and mentor junior mechanics and maintenance personnel

Qualification

A&P licenseIA preferredFAA regulations knowledgeProblem-solving skillsAttention to detailCommunication skillsLeadership skills

Required

Valid A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) license
Minimum of 10 years of experience in general aviation maintenance
Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and maintenance procedures
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
Strong communication and leadership skills
