Qualification
Required
A firm understanding of and commitment to the mission of BYU
Hold an associate's degree with 5 years experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrate an ability to manage and maintain financial accounts and transactions
Consistently maintain a detail-orientation
Write in a clear and concise manner with accurate spelling and grammar
Record precise minutes in meetings
Demonstrate a professional demeanor, loyalty, willingness to learn, ability to work as a team member and independently
Command outstanding interpersonal communication and relationship-building skill
Keep confidences
Possess a valid driver's license and ability to lift and transport boxes of books and supplies to various locations within the state
Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints must hold and be worthy to hold a current temple recommend
Preferred
Hold a bachelor's degree in a related field and four years of related experience
Workday experience
Understand the programs in the BYUPublic School Partnership (to learn more, visit http://byupartnership.org)
Have prior service in public schools
Have experience managing student secretaries to maximize performance and production
