The Boeing Company is seeking motivated, talented Lean Process Engineers (Lead or Senior) to join the Precision Engagement Systems team located in Saint Charles, MO. In this role, you will lead and manage the business unit's Lean program, mentor others, and drive culture throughout the business unit while implementing Lean methodologies.

Required

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment. A final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
5+ years of experience in product lifecycle process engineering within aerospace or a related industry
Proven expertise in developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing and assembly processes
Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) tools and methodologies
Experience with process improvement techniques such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality organizations
Proficient in analyzing process data and metrics to drive efficiency and quality improvements
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards relevant to aerospace manufacturing
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians
Experience leading improvement projects to achieve significant, realized cost savings

Preferred

Active Secret Security Clearance
Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Engineering or a related technical discipline
Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt or Green Belt), or other process improvement methodologies
Level 5: 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
