Responsibilities

Conducting adaptive reading workshops focused on phonics, comprehension, and fluency development
Creating individualized motivational experiences using gamified literacy benchmarks
Reviewing student performance data to refine teaching methods and identify actionable trends
Partnering with engineering teams to assess and improve AI literacy platforms based on classroom outcomes
Building scalable, AI-integrated content that supports early elementary students in reaching grade-level reading proficiency

Qualification

Advanced reading certificationExperience in reading interventionsAI/adaptive learning toolsAssessing reading levelsDifferentiated instruction

Required

Bachelor's degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
At least 2 years of experience delivering small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
Skilled at assessing reading levels, grouping students, and designing differentiated instruction without pre-written curricula
Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student behaviors within them
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Willingness to work on-site at one of our campuses: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
