The Senior Project Manager will lead multiple high-end custom residential projects, overseeing all aspects from preconstruction to final closeout while ensuring exceptional execution and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple luxury custom home projects simultaneously, ensuring excellence in execution

Oversee project planning, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery

Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, architects, and consultants

Manage procurement, cost controls, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and financial reporting

Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure field execution meets the highest quality standards

Drive proactive communication and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle

Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers and contribute to team growth

Ensure compliance with local codes, safety requirements, and company standards

Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and project outcomes
