Responsibilities
Lead and supervise security and low voltage installation crews
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and wiring diagrams to direct daily work
Ensure all work meets industry standards, codes, and client requirements
Maintain schedules through coordination with project managers, GCs, and site supervisors
Oversee materials, tools, jobsite organization, and documentation accuracy
Train, mentor, evaluate, and support technicians, apprentices, and crews
Troubleshoot field technical issues and implement onsite solutions
Enforce OSHA and site-specific safety policies
Complete daily reports, timesheets, and as-built documentation
Qualification
Required
Experience in leading and supervising security and low voltage installation crews
Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and wiring diagrams
Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and client requirements
Experience in maintaining schedules through coordination with project managers, GCs, and site supervisors
Ability to oversee materials, tools, jobsite organization, and documentation accuracy
Experience in training, mentoring, evaluating, and supporting technicians, apprentices, and crews
Ability to troubleshoot field technical issues and implement onsite solutions
Knowledge of OSHA and site-specific safety policies
Ability to complete daily reports, timesheets, and as-built documentation
Willingness to travel across Texas for work assignments
