Responsibilities
Support advisors and clients through daily operations, scheduling, account processing, trading support, and CRM management
Oversee supervisory responsibilities, compliance processes, advisor support, and operational risk management
Support portfolio management, execute trades, assist with rebalancing, and ensure operational accuracy across client accounts
Qualification
Required
Series 9 & 10 or Series 24 required (or ability to obtain) for Supervisory Manager and applicable supervisory responsibilities
Series 7, 66, 63, or 65 may be required depending on role
Willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed
Strong communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and accountability
Experience in financial services or wealth management
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Commitment to professionalism and client service
