They are seeking an Academic Success Specialist to ensure the effectiveness of their 2-Hour Learning framework by analyzing performance metrics and facilitating interventions for students.

Responsibilities

Creating highly precise Academic Data Reports that identify challenges and activate solutions within a 48-hour timeframe

Conducting urgent-response "intervention" calls that eliminate obstacles and restore student motivation for subsequent work

Facilitating post-assessment coaching conversations to distinguish conceptual gaps from procedural mistakes and establish unambiguous action items

Reporting roster irregularities or metric discrepancies immediately upon detection, protecting the accuracy of all performance data

Coordinating with Parent Support and Academics leadership to optimize tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances
