Responsibilities
Guide architecture decisions, design patterns and code quality standards, resolve complex technical challenges, perform code reviews
Hands on Java Development and Leads in the technical design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems
Translate product requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans. Participate in all Sprint ceremonies
Focus on delivery efficiency and tech debt reduction, Mentor team members
Perform Stakeholder Collaboration -act as bridge between PO/BSA/QA and Business Teams. Participate in roadmap discussions and clarify any technical implications
Drive automation wherever necessary and Maintain documentation
Need to make sure that security, compliance and performance are met in every release
Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions
Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs. Prepares technical and procedural documentation required
Facilitates complex problem resolution
Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues. Reviews coding, testing, and documentation of software
Applies modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities
Qualification
Required
3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
Bachelors degree
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of strategic thinking
Ability to use sound judgment

Hands on Java Development
Experience in AGILE methodology
