Responsibilities

Although expected to work independently, this individual must be able to interact well with other team members within the Wilson & Company team

Contact and visit clients for business development / marketing, including attendance at local industry conferences and seminars

High degree of intrapersonal and communication skills is necessary

Proven teamwork and problem-solving skills

Comfortable to manage and develop business client relationships

Proficient in managing a wide range of water and wastewater projects to meet client schedules and budgets

Ability to mentor engineers in training and design staff in project execution and client expectations

Excellent work ethic and a comprehensive understanding of engineering principles

Qualification

Required

BS in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering emphasis

4-10 years of experience

TXPE License or the ability to obtain a license in 6-months

Experience with hydraulic and environmental calculations as well as technical report writing

Experience with hydraulic modeling utilizing WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, InfoWater, or InfoSewer

High degree of intrapersonal and communication skills

Proven teamwork and problem-solving skills

Comfortable to manage and develop business client relationships

Proficient in managing a wide range of water and wastewater projects to meet client schedules and budgets

Ability to mentor engineers in training and design staff in project execution and client expectations

Excellent work ethic and a comprehensive understanding of engineering principles

Preferred

MS in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering

Experience with plan production, familiarity with the use of AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD MEP3d, AutoCAD Plant3d, or Revit
