Coordinate between different teams and stakeholders, ensuring adequate resources are available and project is on schedule and adhering to scope and budget
Monitor staffing levels throughout the project and adjust as needed
Confirm that staffing activities align with project timelines and contractual requirements
Qualification
Required
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
Bachelor's Degree in: Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field
Equivalent work experience
Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
7+ years of project management experience
Experience managing large-scale software implementation projects
Experience managing multiple projects or programs
Experience with projects in multiple technologies and functions
Experience documenting technical and business requirement specifications
Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools
Resource management practices and change management techniques
Understanding of complex web-based computer applications
Ability to guide programming staff through projects
Ability to document business and technical requirements and processes that can be understood and used by other technical staff
