Responsibilities

High-Volume Cold Calling: Consistently make 50–100 outbound cold calls daily to target prospects across diverse sectors, driving lead generation and new business development
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Supplement calling efforts with targeted email campaigns and other outreach strategies
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers within assigned territories or verticals
Sales Strategy: Create and execute innovative sales tactics to improve close rates and accelerate the sales cycle
Market Research: Monitor industry trends to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
Contract Management: Prepare and manage sales contracts in accordance with company policies
Client Satisfaction: Manage expectations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven success in national B2B sales, with a strong emphasis on high-volume outbound prospecting
Proficient in CRM systems, especially HubSpot; Salesforce or similar also accepted
Willingness to work onsite in Addison, TX as required
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Resilience and stamina to maintain a high volume of outbound calls daily

Preferred

Experience in the sustainability or waste industry is a plus

Uncapped Commission (varies by deal size)
Residual Income: Accounts/contracts are revisited after 2 years with opportunities for renewal and continued commission earnings
