Responsibilities

Launch Alpha's flagship Houston location: Ensure Alpha's three core promises reach 100 plus students from day one through operational excellence in every area

Facilitate live workshops with K through 12 students on life skills: Lead engaging one-hour sessions covering public speaking, growth mindset, giving and receiving feedback. Apply Alpha's playbook so students gain skills that traditional schools overlook while staying engaged

Drive every student toward 100 percent goal completion: Create personalized motivational frameworks for each student. Apply data-informed strategies to address resistance and sustain engagement with the Alpha platform. Success is defined by every student reaching their objectives

Develop Guides through targeted coaching: Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to pinpoint performance shortfalls. Provide precise, actionable guidance during coaching sessions and monitor progress. Maintain team accountability through logic and objectivity, not empathy that lowers standards

Lead campus operations through data analysis: Examine performance across staff, operations, parent outreach, and culture. Identify issues, perform root cause analysis, engage stakeholders, roll out measurable improvements. Monitor every decision and refine based on outcomes

Uphold excellence consistently: Establish and defend Alpha's quality standards for students and staff. Make difficult decisions when performance is inadequate. Model the standard on your campus through personal example
