Responsibilities
Oversee third-party administrators in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual fund reports, including financial statements and performance metrics
Monitor bank activity, review cash flow projections, and manage investor capital activity (calls and distributions)
Prepare quarterly valuations of portfolio investments in accordance with ASC 820
Manage annual audit processes and tax return preparation for funds
Collaborate with legal, investment, and investor relations teams on documentation and ad-hoc projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
5+ years of experience in public accounting, venture capital, or private equity
Strong fund accounting experience, including valuations and waterfall calculations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
Preferred
CPA and/or MBA preferred
Experience managing third-party administrators (strongly preferred)
