Lead design and engineering for processing, baking, and packaging areas
Develop layouts, technical drawings, and design standards
Support equipment installation and commissioning with hands-on problem solving
Ensure compliance with Bridor standards and food safety regulations
Qualification
Required
4–8 years of industrial project engineering or design experience
Background in consulting/A&E firms or manufacturing (food & beverage preferred)
Experience specifying and engineering manufacturing lines or production areas
Proficiency with AutoCAD, BIM, or other design tools
Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
