Facility Maintenance Scheduler (1st shift, Mon-Fri)

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Facility Manager, Maintenance Supervisor and Facility Supervisor in assigning personnel to tasks, jobs, and open work orders
Responsible for reviewing, planning, and delivering preventative maintenance schedules to the Maintenance and Facility Supervisor and reporting accurate impact times and return to service projections to production
Develop a preventative maintenance material list based on the PM schedule with the Facility and Maintenance Supervisors along with the Purchasing Dept and assist in ensuring materials needed for the task are purchased, ordered and onsite
Communicate any unscheduled asset equipment complications and down-time along with return to service dates to the production team and the company
Be the primary facilitator for the E-Maintenance Software Program (CMMS) by tracking the backlog and preventative maintenance on-time-delivery. Implement new preventative maintenance tasks for recently acquired assets
Understand labor utilization to generate and ensure appropriate hours are distributed for efficient scheduling
Assist in scheduling vendors to ensure timely completion of outside maintenance activities and document results
Qualification
Required
A minimum of two years' experience working in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of equipment maintenance, facility maintenance or building maintenance
A demonstrated experience level working in a position requiring a high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task

Experience in reading and interpreting common product information materials, such as: Vendor Manuals
Demonstrated above average computer skill level with experience in Microsoft Office programs of Word, Excel and Outlook
High school diploma
Possess mechanical aptitude and skills
General knowledge of standard shop practices and procedures
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to speak, read and write English
Preferred
Exposure to a Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is preferred, but not required
