Responsibilities
Collaborate within a peer team to manage a queue of incoming credit applications from vendors, the internal Sales team, and a web-based application platform
Accurately enter credit application data into a proprietary back-end system (Salesforce) with speed and precision
Gather supporting materials from third-party sources such as Experian, PayNet, Dun & Bradstreet, Secretary of State databases, FMCSA, and the U.S. Treasury SDN List, including credit reports, entity formation details, and safety data
Support Digital Sales initiatives including external portfolio uploads, new product integration into the application process, and procedural updates
Communicate professionally and promptly with internal associates, ensuring all required materials are attached to credit applications
Provide operational feedback and assist with troubleshooting
Uphold company integrity and ensure the protection of customer data and privacy
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or some college coursework
2+ years of experience in a data-intensive environment
Ability to identify inconsistencies or missing information and take initiative to resolve them
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and validation
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce, a plus
